Bent pins - your tips?

Hey all.

If any total has bent pins back into place successfully on a 2.5 ide, then would you mind posting a few tips? I'm finding that I can bend 1 pin back but then i'm inadvertently bending another 2 etc etc. I'm actually fairly good with cpu's even if I do say so my self, but it would appear that i'm rubbish with drives.
